About Us
Caring Through Sharing (CTS) is the development wing of the Jesuit Research and Development Society (JRDS), a prominent social initiative having a widespread presence across India in 28 states.
Our mission is to empower underprivileged individuals, enabling them to lead dignified lives through education and vocational training. Dedicated to nurturing human potential at every life stage, Caring Through Sharing (CTS) has been making a meaningful impact since its inception in 2006.
Operating amid economically and socially challenging conditions, we are committed to building resilience within communities. We operate in two distinct segments within the JRDS framework. One segment is dedicated to human rights and law, capacity building, and research-related activities, while our flagship unit, focused on social development activities and emphasizing collaborative efforts for societal advancement, is known as Caring Through Sharing (CTS).
