IndiGo Airlines has collaborated with Maharashtra Prabodhan Seva Mandal (MPSM) and other NGOs to implement a transformative livelihood project in rural Maharashtra, making significant strides in the realm of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). The project has successfully impacted over 12,000 women in the state, providing them with valuable opportunities for livelihood enhancement. Participating women have experienced a remarkable increase of over 50% in their income levels, and the project has played a pivotal role in curbing distress migration from the targeted villages, contributing to the overall socio-economic development of the region.
